Dalton Park Retail Fit-Out
We’re delighted to showcase the successful delivery of another large-scale retail transformation at Dalton Park. Completed within the programme, this project involved extensive work to create a fresh, modern space fully prepared for our client’s new shop fit system.
Acting as Principal Contractor, we managed every stage of the refurbishment with precision and care, ensuring a seamless process and a high-quality result.
Our work included:
Strip-Out & Preparation: Removal of existing ceilings, cash desk, and fixtures to create a blank canvas for the new layout.
Flooring & Joinery: Installation of new laminate flooring, skirting, patrass panels, and construction of three bespoke fitting rooms with oak linings and high-quality fittings.
Lighting, Electrical & Data: Installation of new lighting throughout, adapted power and data supplies for the cash desk, added Wi-Fi points, and upgraded the audio system for an improved in-store experience.
New HVAC Systems: Complete installation of a new HVAC system, including new air conditioning, ensuring comfort and efficiency for staff and customers.
Decorations: Fresh redecoration across sales, fitting room, and back-of-house areas to achieve a bright, welcoming aesthetic.

A fully refurbished store interior—delivered on time, ready for launch, and designed to provide a modern, functional, and inviting retail environment.
