White Stuff Birmingham – Bullring & Grand Central
Proud to deliver a high-end retail fit-out for White Stuff at Bullring & Grand Central, located directly above one of the UK’s busiest transport hubs.
The project was delivered during the Christmas trading period and operated under the highest level of security. Due to the location above live rail infrastructure, works were subject to strict 24-hour and 48-hour booking systems, tightly controlled access arrangements, and zero tolerance for any disruption to rail operations. Detailed planning, sequencing, and coordination with centre management and stakeholders were essential to ensure full compliance throughout the programme.
The scope of works included a full internal strip-out, construction of new changing rooms, installation of new wooden herringbone parquet flooring, full redecoration in line with brand standards, and the installation of a new shopfront glazing system with an updated glass design.
Despite the complex constraints of a live transport environment and peak seasonal trading pressures, the project was delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard, providing a refined retail space ready for operation at one of Birmingham’s most prominent destinations.
